I started Big Moe Watches after experiencing firsthand how frustrating and untrustworthy buying a luxury watch could be.
When I set out to purchase my first timepiece, I was met with rushed sales, wrong options, and no real guidance despite spending over 25,000 USD. I knew the process could be better.
So, I built the buying experience I wished I had: unmatched customer service, transparency, and a highly personal journey from the first WhatsApp message to the in-person delivery.

The Kit That Didn’t Exist
Over time, another question kept coming up: “Moe, how do you keep your watch clean?”
For me, the answer could not be guessed. I had to test it myself. I bought every cleaning kit on the market, and none delivered what I wanted.
Most were sprays or liquid soaps that required rinsing, which is risky for non-waterproof watches. I wanted foam instead because it is cleaner, safer, and mess free. The brush had to be ultra soft, the cloth just as gentle, and something every other kit overlooked, it had to smell good. Too many products had a harsh, chemical scent. Most importantly, it had to be easy to travel with, just like my watches.
So, I made it myself. Every detail was designed with the same care we bring to sourcing your watch.
